We communicate with travelers by message or phone, before, during and after their stay with the shortest possible response time.
We take care of their arrival and departure via an autonomous entry system and carry out an inventory of fixtures at the exit, during the cleaning service. The owners have access at all times to the rental calendar, the details of the reservations and their price.
We advise you on the purchase of bedding (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) but you are responsible for this.
We take care of the laundry service. Our teams take care of the cleaning of your accommodation after each rental. They also organize the sorting of waste and its evacuation.
The cost of cleaning is the responsibility of the travelers. They are directly added to the amount of their reservation. The basic consumables are available to customers (soap, shampoo, garbage bags and toilet paper), we take care of their replenishment.
Ardn-bnb will take care of the small jobs and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of your accommodation within the limits of the current management and/or supervise these services in case of subcontracting.
We can also carry out any work and repairs to the accommodation, according to your agreement, if they exceed the current management.
We will notify you of any damage found during the inventory of fixtures. We always act in the best interest of the owner in all matters relating to the management of the accommodation.
We remain at the disposal of our clients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In the event of any concern or emergency, the Ardn-bnb team will be responsive to their needs by visiting the property if necessary.
