Everything is done online and in an intuitive way via the booking page. Enter your search data (dates, number of travelers, etc...), choose your accommodation and follow the procedure to the end. You will receive a confirmation once the booking is completed.

Some accommodations accept dogs but not all, I invite you to consult the announcement for confirmation.

The entry in the accommodation is autonomous and is done with a key box (except for the accommodation Le Préau which is done by dialing a phone number). You will receive the code 3 days before your arrival via the Smoobu link that we will send you.

This is our partner platform for online check-in, deposit (if applicable to your reservation) and payment of tourist taxes (if applicable to your reservation). Online registration is a mandatory step required by the administrative authorities and the police. Specifically, you will be required to provide the legal information of all travelers participating in the stay.


Access to the accommodation will not be allowed until all these steps have been validated.

We work with a pre-authorization system on your credit card. This means that the deposit is not charged but only blocked for the duration of your stay. If you do not have a credit card, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer before your arrival.


No access to the accommodation will be allowed without prior payment of the deposit.


The deposit will be returned to you in the days following your departure if everything is in order in the apartment. We retain a part of the deposit in case of breakage, theft, loss and/or non-respect of the apartment leading to a more thorough cleaning. (This retention is always up to the amount of damage caused).

Yes, we generally provide bed linen for all our accommodations. However, we invite you to check if there are any specificities in the advertisement of the accommodation on our website

Yes, we always provide you with a dish towel, a dishcloth and a sponge. In the cupboards, you will find pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. as well as the minimum to cook (salt, pepper, oil etc...). If you have special needs, we advise you to bring your own necessities or to buy them in the nearest supermarket.
It is possible to check in early or check out late. You can sign up for a range of paid options on the Chekin platform after you have completed your online registration, deposit and payment of taxes.
We provide you with some coffee pods or ground coffee depending on the type of machine, but don't hesitate to bring your favorite coffees. The type of coffee machine depends on the accommodation, you just have to check the details of the equipment in the Smoobu GuestApp link that we sent you with the arrival instructions.

You will find a frame in the accommodation displaying a QR code, just scan it with your camera to consult our StyQr application. In this link you will find a lot of useful information about the functioning of the accommodation (with the most frequently encountered problems, the use of the equipment, waste management, etc.) as well as the activities in the surroundings.

There is also a "good deals" section where you will find vouchers with discounts specially negotiated for you with our partners. Just show the voucher on your phone to benefit from it.

You can make a bank transfer to pay these fees. Alternatively, you can pay these fees in cash upon arrival at our office (ARDN-BNB, Rue de l'Eglise 19, La Roche-en-Ardenne) during opening hours (between 10:30 and 18:30).

Please note that access to the accommodation will not be allowed without full payment of this fee.
